With this Statement, I confirm that the collection, storage and transfer of personal data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act governing the protection of personal data, their transfer and the prevention of unauthorized access and use of personal data. Please read this Statement carefully to fully understand the treatment of your personal information on this site.




I only collect your personal information when you enter it yourself by filling out forms such as queries, requests to send quotes, etc., and use them solely to fulfill my obligations (issuing bids and invoices).

If you contact me, I may collect and keep records of such correspondence, including any personal information you provide during the correspondence.

Compliance with contractual obligations:

As part of my day-to-day business, I collect information for legitimate interest purposes in a reasonable manner. For example, I collect and write down IP addresses for fraud and security purposes, as well as for analyzing the use of this site.

I collect IP address information for security reasons (preventing DDoS attacks, hacking, fraud and the like), for the purposes of traffic diagnostics and statistics, to improve the quality and usability of my services presented on this site. I pay the utmost attention to safeguarding all data and take all appropriate steps in accordance with the regulations on protection of personal data in force in the Republic of Croatia.

Physical access to all personal information is protected by appropriate standards.

I use the personal information I collect about you to:

- fulfilling the obligations arising from the contracts you have entered into with me
- Display the content of web pages in the most efficient way on your device
- answering your queries
- providing information, providing the service you ask me to do, in cases where you have given your consent to you I'm contacting

- emailing promotional messages where you have given your express consent
- Prevention of fraud
- detecting, preventing and diagnosing potential security breaches.

I only keep your information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. At the end of the retention period, I will either delete or anonymize my personal information so that I can no longer connect with anyone.

According to the GDPR, from May 25, 2018 onwards, you have certain rights regarding your personal information, and I briefly describe it below:


Right to Restrict Processing:

You have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data when there is no legitimate interest in doing so, when you dispute the accuracy of personal data, for the period that allows me as the head of processing to verify the accuracy of personal data, when you have objected to the processing of data (see Right to Objection below), and I will consider whether my legitimate reasons go beyond your reasons, when the processing is illegal, and you oppose deleting personal data and instead seek a restriction on their use, and when I no longer need personal data but seek it for setting up, or defense of legal claims.

You can exercise your right at any time by contacting me.


Right of access:

GDPR gives you the right to ask me what personal information I have and how I handle it and the right to give you access to that information. You can exercise your right by contacting me. Please note that before processing any data access request, I need to confirm your identity, and I may additionally contact you to make sure I understand what information you are requesting. Once I confirm your identity, I will provide the requested information within 30 days.

I will provide the information without charge, however, I may charge an administrator fee if the request is clearly unfounded or excessive, and especially if it is repeated. In any case, if you are my existing user you can access your personal information through your user interface.


Right to Delete (Right to Forget):

As an individual, you have the right to request the deletion of all your personal information that I have. However, please note that this is not an absolute right, and so, for example, it does not go beyond my legal obligations to keep accounting records. You may request the deletion of your personal information when your information is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected or processed (for example, if you cancel all services you have used). You can exercise your right by contacting me.


Right to rectification:

The GDPR gives you the right to correct any personal information that is incorrect or incomplete. Users can also refresh their personal information through the user interface, but you can contact me anyway.


Right to data portability:

You have the right to request the submission of personal information that you have made available to me in machine-readable form. If you would like to receive a printout of your information please contact me.


Right to object:

You have the right to object to the processing of my personal information when there is no legitimate or legal reason for doing so.

By using this site, you consent to this Statement of Consent to the collection and processing of your information and thus you consent to the collection and processing of your information in accordance with this statement.



8.  reCAPTCHA 

Because of the spam coming in, I added Google's reCAPTCHA protection, which checks if the mail is being sent to me automatically by a program or by a person, so after the contact form, there's a Google button to confirm you're not a robot.
